I started studying biology, went to Asia to practise martial arts (Baguazhang, Taiji, Xingyi) came back to England, started teaching, moved to France, became a father, stopped teaching martial arts, kept training.

When I have time I fly beneath the ocean on a breath and a monofin.

I like taking things apart and putting them back together, and that reflects in my work teaching NLP making connections between different disciplines, noticing differences underlining unity.
